Recipe: Broccoli Flan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wild Veggie Broccoli
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl and fill buttered Pyrex containers three-quarters full with mixture.
  2. Place containers in deep roasting pan, and fill the roasting pan two-thirds full with hot water.
  3. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
