Wild Veggie™ Launches New Products at California Campus

A fresh delicious new way to enjoy vegetables on-the-go is now available at the University of California San Diego. Wild Veggie™, the SouperDrink ™, is an all-natural soup or drink that can be enjoyed hot or cold, and is being introduced in convenient self-serve dispensers at the UCSD Sunshine Market. The product is also debuting two new vegan varieties to U.S. consumers.

“Wild Veggie is a healthier alternative to traditional soups. It is an all-natural product that has earned the attention of campus diners for its fresh-picked flavor, nutritious appeal and innovative serving options,” explained Chris Walrad, National Sales and Marketing Manager. “Wild Veggie is also a perfect fit for UCSD, whose students appreciate healthful products that meet strict quality standards.”

The Sunshine Market will feature Wild Veggie’s two newest vegan varieties: carrot and broccoli, along with original vegan favorite, red bell pepper. All are produced in California, and are naturally low in fat and calories, good sources of vitamins and essential nutrients, and contain no artificial ingredients. The chilled soup can be enjoyed immediately as a refreshing meal or side item or can be heated for a delightful warm soup. Wild Veggie is also easy to prepare in a variety of delicious recipes.
